The only thing that does work is unclicking Opera Turbo and VPN which pretty well defeats the purpose of the program. I am beginning to think that this is a NETFLIX problem. But if you are in the area with a bad internet connection, Opera Turbo is the perfect solution. Opera Turbo is available to Opera users since 2009. It compresses the data in order to open web pages more quickly. The results are the lower quality of the web pages, faster opening and Opera has been crashing too often and then started to not respond unless I rebooted the PC. I uninstalled the current version, re-installed and Opera opens but stays on the "loading" tab forever unless I quit the browser. I have allowed it through the firewall, I have turned off the firewall, turned off my AV and none of this has worked.
