The Wi-Fi Direct Specification requires that the P2P device which becomes the group owner should also provide the DHCP server application in their system to provide P2P Clients with IP addresses. In addition, only the P2P GO is allowed to cross-connect the devices in its P2P group to an external network. Wi-Fi Direct | Wi-Fi Alliance All devices certified under the Wi-Fi Direct program allow the user to connect to an infrastructure or a Wi-Fi Direct network. Some devices certified under the Wi-Fi Direct program support connections to both an infrastructure network and Wi-Fi Direct group at the same time (e.g. a laptop may support an infrastructure connection while also belonging to a Wi-Fi Direct-certified group). Configuring Wireless settings via Group Policy - TechRepublic Use Windows to Configure Wireless Network Settings for Clients allows Windows to manage the wireless settings on client computers. Automatically Connect to Non-Preferred Networks allows you to Creating and Applying Group Policies - Cisco Meraki Group policies can be manually applied to clients from the Network-wide > Monitor > Clients page. Check the box next to the desired client (s) in the list. Click the Policy button at the top of the list. Select Group policy and then choose the specific policy in the dropdown.

I want to disconnect from a wifi direct group after establishing a connection. I just want to move out silently without interrupting other clients that are already in connection with the Group owner. I use manager.Connect() method to establish a connection. But didnt see any methods to disconnect.

Solved: Hi, I have WLC 2500 with firmware 7.4.121.0. I need to let clients to communicate to each other on same SSID (ping, arp and etc.). I know it’s unsafe, but is it possible and how to do it? Thanks.
